Note: We currently ship to most regions except Asia and remote areas. Must be 18+ to place orders.

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• All sizes are in US measurements
• Some items are final sale (especially clearance cowboy hats)

Placing Orders

When you place an order, it’s binding as a handshake deal in Texas. We’ll confirm receipt faster than you can say “yeehaw,” but the sale isn’t final until we ship.

Pricing & Taxes

Prices are in USD and don’t include:

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

We’ll saddle up and get your order ready in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after processing
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): EMS, 15-25 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons like cattle drives and holidays.

International Orders

For partners outside the U.S.:

• You’re responsible for any customs fees
• We can’t guarantee delivery times due to customs processing
• Some products may have shipping restrictions

6. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear like a cowboy stands by his word. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details, but here’s the gist:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags
• No returns on cowboy hats (except damaged/defective)
• Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
