Howdy Partner! At Aratt Clothing Shop, we stand behind our western wear like a cowboy stands by his trusty steed. If your gear isn’t fitting right or meeting your expectations, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!”

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cowboy hats (including Clearance Cowboy Hats and Kids’ Cowboy Hats) unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other items in our collection are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than breaking in a new pair of Wranglers:

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Return Request Template:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Howdy Aratt Team, I’d like to request a [return/exchange] for my order #[Your Order Number]. Item(s) for return/exchange: – [Product Name] – [Size/Color if applicable] Reason: [Brief explanation] I would prefer: [Refund to original payment method / Exchange for (specify product details)] Please let me know next steps. Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Don’t ship anything back without this number, partner!

Step 3: Package & Ship

Once approved:

  1. Repackage items securely in original packaging
  2. Include your RAN clearly visible on the outside
  3. Ship to:

  4. Keep your tracking number – we’re not responsible for lost returns

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/wrong item
  3. We’ll send a replacement pronto or refund if preferred

We’ll cover return shipping for damaged/incorrect items – just like a good neighbor would.

International Returns

For our partners outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We can’t refund any original customs/duties fees
